Backcountry Skiing in British Columbia
This is our 12th year returning to Canada with Backcountry Babes! Come join us to as we ski the remote untracked powder of the British Columbia backcountry. We’ll hike and ski with experienced guides, retreating to our cozy backcountry lodge each night. Remember to pack your towel for the sauna! The journey starts in Kelowna with a shuttle drive through the British Columbia mountains and lakes. We’ll spend the night at a casual motel, to wake up early with a scenic helicopter ride over the Selkirk Mountains to Valkyr Lodge, our backcountry base camp. For the next week, we’ll hike and ski the renowned snow of British Columbia just outside our door. Our highly experienced and fun female guides will share their knowledge with us and lead us through the best terrain. They have years of experience guiding our Backcountry Babes groups, and are accredited ACMG Ski Guides (Association of Canadian Mountain Guides.) Enjoy delicious meals crafted by our chef. Don’t forget to check out the high altitude stars. We’re proud of our high quality trips, guides, and clients. Just ask our return clients. References available upon request. Hope you can join us!
