Free Heel’n Weekend
The snow kept coming. Accidents slowed their travel. Though 15 women from Denver and Summit County continued to make their way up to the Basin. It was the annual Babes Free Heel Weekend Jan 8-9. The Babes arrive and assume their positions on the yoga mats that lined the 2nd floor of the A Frame Lodge. Time for centering and increasing body awareness. Then the Babes hit the slopes. Armed with Demo G3 Zests and Vivas, the Babes broke up into small groups and got their tele on. Working on Free heel moves and taking their skills to the next level, laughter and smiles abound. Sunday Sassy in the Steeps brought more snow and more Babes trekking up to Arapahoe Basin and more yoga, demos and swag bags. The next Babes Free Heel’n Clinic is Feb 26th at Loveland Ski Area.
